Our thoughts, words, and actions matter. So let's be kind to ourselves and the world around us! Each bead is made from paper by women in the Horn of Africa. They use colored paper or recycled magazines and measure, cut, roll, and varnish each strip of paper to make a beautiful, unique, bead. Once the beads are dry, they are used to assemble and make jewelry, creating a one-of-a-kind gift for you and your loved ones!
Every item is made from hand by women both in the Horn of Africa and in the U.S. providing a fair wage to every artisan.
Our items are made with our signature paper beads. Each bead is made from paper that is measured, cut, rolled, and varnished to form a durable and glossy bead.
We work directly with the artisans to make sure they receive a fair, agreed upon price. Your purchase helps break the cycle of poverty.
