How do I get my products on Autumn and June's website?

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
How quickly do you ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days unless an announcement is made saying we are on a break. In that case, the shipping date turns into approximately 7 business days.
What is my package says it was delivered, but I never received it?
Unfortunately at that point it is out of our control and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package location and delivery. Also check to see if it was delivered to a neighbor, and in some cases it may have been marked as delivered but delayed.
What if my package is lost?
We are not responsible for lost packages. Please reach out to your local post office or ups store to file a lost package claim. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I include a gift note when sending a gift?
Absolutely! Simply include what you would like the message to say in the notes section at checkout!
