Hot/Cold Packs with Organic Flax Seed

These Packs are an excellent way to help with all of life's aches and pains.
They currently come in 2 colors in size 3.5x8 and are filled with organic flax seed.
They are made with 100% cotton fabric and are double sewn on the inside for extra security.

How to use your Hot/Cold Packs:

-COOL IN THE FREEZER
This is a great way to relieve tension, headaches, fever, sore muscles and to help reduce swelling.
Place in a freezer (in a freezer bag or zip lock to keep your packs fresh) for about 20 minutes before use, or keep in freezer between each use.

-WARM IN THE MICROWAVE
Warm in the microwave in 15 second intervals. I would warn you to not let it get too hot. I prefer 15 seconds on one side and then flip and do 15 seconds on the other side. Be cautious of getting your pack too warm, or burning the fabric in the microwave.
The organic flax seed inside these pillows are great for holding onto heat for an extended period.

CLEANING:
Spot Clean Only, do not allow the bag to get wet.
