This sign is hand-cut, hand-sanded, hand-painted (no vinyl) and lastly sprayed with a protective matte clear coat. It includes a walnut stained "roof".

Creator notes-

-I typically do not mass-produce my signs (I likely only have one or two of the same sign in stock at any given time).
